I'm with ya man. Today is I hope my final day 1, gambling has literally changed who I am as a person for the worst. I recently hit rock bottom, blowing through almost a year in saving in 3 hours.

The only advice I can give, if you gamble online, is to self exclude yourself permanently. Basically I told the betting shops about my situation and asked them to permanently remove me from all online gambling in the UK. So, at this point it is impossible for me to lose any more online.

Money: Gambling cannot occur without money. Get rid of your credit cards, let someone else be in charge of your money, have the bank make automatic payments for you, close online betting accounts, and keep only a limited amount of cash on you. Time: Even online gambling cannot occur if you don’t have the time. Schedule enjoyable recreational.

• Dec 05, 2019  I’ve won maybe $3000 but I’ve lost $9000. I will tell you now, losing is the second worst part of gambling. The worst part is winning. Protect your money at all costs 3) you will lose.
• Mar 21, 2013  Las Vegas NV – the place where you can either make big money or break the bank by losing all your hard earned cash. The place goes by many names but the bottom line is that Vegas is a shit load of fun. You have to be careful though as Las Vegas place isn’t the best of budget friendly.
